Fantastic landing mat - exceeded all expectations!

I’ve thought I could get away with a cheap take off mat but the inspire 2 made the edges of the mat flick up which as you can imagine when trying to land is a bit worrying. I bought this because its weighted down around the edges which stops the problem with the prop wash, also means you don’t need to bother staking it into the ground. The mat is a good size, gives you that bit of extra space to land especially on those gusty days or if you have an audience and the pressure is on to try and land bang on the H. Due to the design it’s a little heavier than the cheaper mats but its also double sided orange on one and blue on the other, the blue side actually works pretty well as I never thought I would use it but the orange can blend into the winter browns.

I have been using the 5ft drone mat for the last few years, due to the amount of gear im carrying now to do both ground and air I purchased the 3ft, just to reduce the weight a size and find it more than adequate to land on, does need a bit more precision so bare that mind when flying infant of a client.
